Details: Self-described Badass Freakin' Overlord Zetta is blustering, brash, bold, and blunt. Evil is in his job description (even if he doesn't really do too much of it). He's powerful and capable and he knows it. At his worst he's a tyrant, commanding his grovelling subjects according to his every whim, doing as he pleases, and generally being the most important thing in the multiverse.

He'd never admit it to himself, but he's not a terrible guy deep down inside. He doesn't do introspection or navel-gazing (he's not much for touchy-feely crap in general, though he's a master of the inner monologue) -- if something causes him to reconsider his choices or actions, he embraces his new course as if the old one had never existed. Whatever he does, he does whole-heartedly -- unless it's only worth a half-assed effort, of course.

Despite his overt embrace of evil, Zetta isn't really evil evil. Selfish, self-centered, and completely self-oblivious, certainly. But he gets along surprisingly well with his peers, beneath the casual insults and posturing that define life at the top of the power hierarchy, and in the face of true evil, such as a colleague actually having attempted to force himself on a woman, meet with instant disgust and reprisals. He talks a big game, and will even follow through on occasion, but the appearance of being evil is ultimately more important that the actuality. (Importantly, this mean that he can function in a game like this just fine! He'll yell, bluster, and do bad things if he's provoked, but it's less "slay them all" and more "push Fluttershy into a pond" evil.)

On the plus side, Zetta is literally the strongest being in existence. On the minus side, Zetta is an idiot. He's easy to manipulate, trick, or confuse. He has poor temper control. He's not intellectually stupid; he's capable of tactical thinking and doesn't really suffer comprehension problems. It's a Wisdom deficit. He's completely out of touch with himself, denies his true feelings and puts up a furious show of pretense to make sure he comes off the way he wants to come off, instead of as who he actually is. Zetta is also subject to comic relief, which is a greater power in the Disgaea universe than any defense or statistic.

Memory Loss Level: ,strike>Comedic Partial
Allow Painful Regains? Yes

Regains:
Zetta Beam (Ability)

The user shoots a blast of energy from their eyes, dealing a moderate amount of damage.

ZETTA BEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM! (Ability)

A massive blast of energy explodes from the user's eyes, inflicting damage significant enough to annihilate celestial bodies (which are them immediately reformed, because cinematic damage that is inflicted during move animations never lasts).

Demon Power (Ability)

The user becomes capable of controlling their mana power to a certain extent, making them strong, fast, and enduring. Not to put too fine a point on it, but you're now a video game character who can hit a ghost with a sword and survive being shot into a sun with only hit point damage instead of crippling third-degree burns.

Create Minions (Ability)

By binding ambient souls to objects, the user can create and deploy semi-sentient minions who obey their every command. These minions may grow in strength, almost as if they level up.

Create Top-Tier Minions (Ability)

By binding ambient souls to objects, the user can create and deploy semi-sentient minions who obey their every command. These minions have great base strength and incredible growth potential, and may grow in strength, almost as if they level up.

Grant Wishes (Ability)

The user may grant minor wishes written in (or on) their body, by drawing mana power from the person writing the wish to manifest it in reality. This drains the subject and can be fatal to the weak.

Grant Big Wishes (Ability)

The user may grant huge wishes written in (or on) their body, by drawing mana power from the person writing the wish to manifest it in reality. This drains the subject and will be fatal to anyone without the power of a top-tier God or Overlord.

Invite (Ability)

The user may summon minions, allies, vehicles, or real estate they own to a location they are at, by dropping them on said location from an inexplicable height. This somehow does no damage to whatever they summon.

Transport to the Space Between Worlds (Ability)

The user may go to the space between worlds and survive there, despite it being the space between worlds. They may also transport others with them.

Obligatory Cameo (Ability)

The user shows up where they aren't supposed to be, often at the price of humiliation or being the general victim of comedy.

Zetta's Body (Item)

The body of the most badass freaking Overlord in the entire cosmos. Possesses amazing strength and potential, but has no governing intellect beyond obeying commands. It can replace the user's own body!

Overlord's Castle (Pram style) (Item)

A doghouse. But it can hold several minions, items, or even vehicles.

Zetta's Actual Castle (Item)

The massive, Gothic-style castle suiting an Overlord, this castle combines the formal, austere, and sinister throne room and halls meant for public viewing with a luxuriously-appointed den and man-cave where Zetta actually spends his time.

Super Battleship Yoshitsuna (Item)

The most powerful vehicle in the cosmos, to the point that it comes with its own intro splash art. Despite being a massive and powerful space vehicle, it nonetheless fits onto any battlefield thanks to the miracle of sprite artwork.

A Hospital (Item)

This is a place of healing, if you can afford their prices. It can also hold numerous minions, items, or vehicles -- which might be useful if you can actually get it onto the battlefield somehow.

Netherworld (Item)

Zetta's entire Netherworld, just floating arbitrarily in space.

A Fishing Pole (Item)

It's a weapon. Who says it can't be a weapon? (No, really, it's a weapon.)

A Drill Tank

It's a tank with a drill on the front. Actually surprisingly useful in a battle, but less so in doing entrances and exits like Rocksteady and Bebop.

Salome (Memory)

Your protege, apprentice, a damn fine-looking woman, but -- an Overlord can't do things like love and romance and all that crap. So when she started coming on too strong, you rejected and she left you. Now you can't stand her! You never want to see her again! You totally don't care any more!

Pram the Oracle (Memory)

A young Overlord who knows the future -- she's helped you out of a bind or two before with her precognitive powers, and if you can just find her, she'll help you now with the trouble you're in.

Burning the Sacred Tome (Memory)

A cosmic keystone called you stupid, so you set it on fire. Then you realized this would destroy you and everything you valued, so you hurriedly bound your soul to it so that wouldn't happen. Then everything went white.

Tyrant Lord Baal (Memory)

No matter how much you claim to be the most powerful being in the cosmos, you know the name Baal is the strongest enemy in the game. You've been longing to take him down forever, if only you could find him, but can you really win? The uncertainty eats at you.

Trenia (Memory)

There's a weird girl in the space between worlds. She looks like an ordinary human, but how is that possible? Humans can't even get there, let alone survive in it. And when you demand answers, she cheerfully says, "You're not concerned with me, sir!" and runs off. That probably shouldn't have worked even for a moment. You may be an idiot.
